1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing Indexed.page ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Indexed.page monitors whether URLs are indexed in Google Search using third-party data providers. Results are provided on a best-effort basis and may not reflect the real-time state of Google Search.
3. Accounts
A valid email address is required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. Account sharing is not permitted. You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service.
4. Credits and Payments
Indexed.page operates on a credit-based system. One credit is consumed per index check. Credits are purchased via Stripe as one-time payments.
- Credits do not expire.
- All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
- Prices are listed in USD and may include applicable taxes.
- New accounts receive 50 free credits upon signup.
- Pricing may change at any time, but changes do not affect already-purchased credits.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Check URLs you do not own or are not authorized to monitor.
- Circumvent usage limits or restrictions.
- Use automated access methods outside of provided APIs.
- Disrupt or interfere with the Service.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
6. Data Accuracy Disclaimer
Index status data is obtained from third-party providers and delivered on a best-effort basis. Indexed.page does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of results. The Service should not be used as the sole source of truth for indexing decisions.
7. Intellectual Property
The design, code, and content of the Service belong to Indexed.page. Users retain ownership of the URLs and data they submit to the Service.
8. Termination
Users may delete their accounts at any time. Indexed.page reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
Indexed.page shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue. Total liability is capped at the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Registered users will be notified of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the EU.
